My car's still under dealer warranty — does servicing here void it? +
In the UAE, independent service won't void your warranty as long as we use OEM-spec parts and document the work. We give you a stamped invoice for warranty records.
Will the price change after I drop the car off? +
Only if we find something extra during disassembly — and only after we WhatsApp you photos, explain what we found, and you say yes. Never silently.
How long is the warranty? +
Depends on the job — typically 30 days on diagnostic work, 6 months on most mechanical repairs, longer on engines and gearboxes. We tell you upfront, in writing.
Do you handle insurance work? +
We work with most major UAE insurers. Send us your insurance details — we submit the quote, get it approved, do the work. You only pay your deductible at pickup.
How do I pay? +
Card (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay), bank transfer, or cash. You get a printed invoice with the breakdown — no extras.
Will you talk me out of an expensive repair if there's a cheaper fix? +
Yes. If a sensor swap solves it instead of a full assembly, we tell you. Ripping you off once costs us a customer for life — bad math.
